Bottle. Vibrant golden orangey beer with a strong head. The aroma is citrusy and sour, and the flavour is bitter and roasted with a hint of sour finish. Overall a really nice fruity and bitter beer.

Cask at the Market Porter, London. Pours clear yellow with a sturdy, white froth for a head. Very light hay and pale malts in the nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with some straw, white sugar and faint floral notes, along with a bit of dry dough. Light in body with fine carbonation. Decent condition. Lightly drying to finish with biscuity pale malts, hay, light bitter straw. OK stuff in general. Pretty drinkable.

Bottle conditioned, 500ml from Booths, Longton, Lancs. Gold to amber with explosive white head. Once its settled there is a hoppy, grassy flavour, perfumd and delicate. Bright and fresh on the close. Not bad.

Bottle. Medium head on pouring. Immediate bitter impact. Slightly sulphuric but not as dominating as some of their other beers-perhaps they have cracked the bottling process. Quite reasonable.

A Mes rate: gravicask at The Junction Tavern.
Pale golden brown. No head. Slight citrus and some wheat on the nose and plenty of sweet malt. Wheat and straw again in the flavour with some slight iodine. Almost funky. Interesting smoky note. Not bad.

Hoppy and tasty fruity beer. Bit thin but the hops pull it through so it’s all good ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
