COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This lager is a double bock made with wheat, malty through and through. Double in strength, it was originally (and only once before) brewed for Christmas of 1988. It has been brewed again to celebrate our 20th anniversary year.

hophead75 (2008) - Largo, Florida, USA - FEB 27, 2007

sampled at the brewpub. Very dark brown with ruby highlights at the bottom of the glass. Aroma is chocolate, banana esters, and lightly musty yeast. Taste is chocolate, caramel, fruity esters, light spices, and again lightly musty yeast. Enjoyed this beer, thought it was the best of my sampler.
