sampled at the brewpub. Very dark brown with ruby highlights at the bottom of the glass. Aroma is chocolate, banana esters, and lightly musty yeast. Taste is chocolate, caramel, fruity esters, light spices, and again lightly musty yeast. Enjoyed this beer, thought it was the best of my sampler.
