Mar 3, 2008 Loved the dynamic this porter presented. Quite possibly one of the best I have sampled. Not too heavy, with a hop presence that was just enough.

Jul 29, 2007 The porter pours deep brown with a nice head. It shows notes of chocolate and toasted malt on both the nose and the palate. It does drink quite smooth and the finish is nice and long.

Nov 13, 2006 Shared a sampled that had this in it. It had a nice dark brown color and a nice chocolate aroma, but it was watery.

Jul 11, 2006 tap at the brewery. Dark brew with a thich light brown head. Light toasty aroma, cherry fruitiness. A little lacking on dark malt flavours. Some toast and light coffee. Low bitterness but a touch of piny/resiny hop flavour. Some nuttiness as it warms. Pretty bland in general though.
