Jul 27, 2007 Amber coloured beer. Earthy/spicy hop nose with a lovely zesty herbal/spice component on top. Some sweetish maltiness as well. Quite a well-balanced brew. Earthy hops with moderate bitterness. It’s not a great IPA, but it’s a good one. Finishes with more of the floral/zesty character that I noticed up front.
