Commercial Description:
Our version of an India pale ale. It is straw colored and hoppy, hoppy, hoppy.

Sampled at the pub, poured with no head, slightly resiny, hoppy with some bready malts but seems a little weak. Decent beer though.

My Bottom Line:
Grapefruity and floral hops swing within the clean, sociable body of this well-brewed but generic and understated IPA.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A slim veil of foam covers the hazy gold.
-Carbonation is prickly and works fine with the lean mouthfeel.
-The herbal, leafy hop bitterness is very polite.
-The flavor profile is the continuation of the aroma; feathery, quenching, and unmemorable.

On tap at the brewpub.

On-tap at the brewpub. Rather pale colour, though lace and creamy. Orange grapefruit flavours, a tad metallic.

Shared a sampler that had this in it. Standard yellow color. There was a large hop-filled flavor. I’m not crazy about hoppy stuff to begin with. Sorry.

tap at the brewpub. Deep hazy copper thick off-white head. Aroma is lightly hoppy, grapefruity, pine and a touch of resinousness. Light crystal sweetness, bready flavour. Ligtly hoppy flavour. A bit of light appley fruit, grapefruit. Light resiny flavour. Decent IPA. Could use some more dry hops.
