COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION A balanced American Pale Ale hopped exclusively with Columbus hops. Columbus is one of my favorite hop varieties and will be a common thread through most of our beers. It has pungent herbal, citrus, and piney characteristics that I wanted to showcase to indicate the direction I’m going with the hops in most beers. There is a nice malt complexity to back up the columbus hops. As with most of my pale ales there is a touch of Munich malt that gives this beer a orange hue and a rich malt flavor.
