COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a crisp, lightly hopped American wheat ale brewed with wild flower honey from a local producer. Honey added late in the brewing process makes this beer honey-forward. From the aroma to the finish, you will know there is honey in this beer. Enjoy during patio season or as a nice break from the big beers of winter.

Pretty basic little blond ale (oh but itís made with wheat). Inoffensive and probably sessionable.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of slight biscuit, bread, hints of grass, spice notes from the hops, slight yeast, touch of honey. Taste is a mix of biscuit, bread, hints of grass, slight earth, honey, touch of hops, finishing slightly bitter, dry.

Pours a light yellow. This is their entry level craft beer. Nice honey flavors. Thatís about it.

Definitely some honey present, it is the predominant flavor for sure. It is just not backed up by much.

Had it on tap at Northbound Brewery in Minneapolis! Poured a clear golden hue with a whisper head and no lacing. Unique aroma notes of yeast, and a bitter tangy hop taste.

On tap at Northbound Smokehouse (Minneapolis, Minnesota)
Aroma: Honey, wheat, and grass.
Appearance: Light hazy gold with a small white head.
Taste: Sweet, and ever-so-slightly tart.
Palate: Light bodied, thin, with an average carbonation.
Sort of an entry-level wheat ale, although Iím a little different in that I enjoy honey wheats for their drinkability and lower abv. I liked this one.
