This is a lightbodied, hop-forward pale ale. Copious amounts of Cascade hops late in the brewing process, and another huge dry hop addition in the fermenter will remind craft beer lovers what they love about this style. The intense hop aroma will make you think IPA, but the bitterness is dialed back to showcase the characteristics of this classic hop variety.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dome sweet citrus and grass with an earthy grain backbone. Flavor has more of a grassy note with a bit of pine and a grain backbone.

A light but nicely hoppy APA. Not crazy bitter but still a tasty little beer on tap at Northbound Mpls.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, bread, some grass, orange peel, and pine into some hints of yeast, grainy notes in there, pretty standard. Taste is a mix of grain, biscuit, bread, hints of earth, slight grass, orange, hints of pine, finishing bitter, slightly dry.

Nose was underwhelming, palate reveals a very drinkable smooth pale ale. More of an everyday beer with some citrus hops.

Bottle. Medium tan pour, light head and a mildly hoppy orange aroma. Flavor was nice crisp biscuity orange & hops, a little herbal and nice and dry/bitter on the aftertaste. Solid pale ale.

Sample at APN. Pour is a bright yellow with white head. Earthy malts and some hops. Pretty average.
