Cask at Cloisters. A light golden ale with a decent white head. Raspberry aroma with some caramel malt. Flavour again of raspberry with barley and caramel. Nice lingering dryness. Interesting.

Had a conditioned bottle of this after coming in from a night out, so couldn’t enjoy it fully, quite a light tasting beer with the overall taste being obviously of raspberrys, very refreshing on the palate

Cask at cloisters. Golden amber, thin head. Soft raspberry and bready malt nose. Similar flavours. Touch of sherbet, caramel also. Dry linger. Nice.

Cask, Wirral Food & Drink Festival. Extra points for paying homage to the banging Rose Batiste tune of the same name. Orangey gold colour, not much head. Sweetish raspberry flavour and aroma. I dig raspberries, so found this not without appeal.

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is sweet candy, some fruits, nectar and mild notes of wood. Flavour is fruits, wood, earth, some mild toasted and smoked notes as well as quite much grassyness. Pleasant.

Cask by handpump at Cloisters, Edinburgh (29 Feb 12) - strong sweet fruity aroma, lovely clear pale golden ale with a good off-white head, bit perfumy, but strong raspberry flavour, a bit sickly sweet, dry finish

Hazy gold beer with no real head. Light semi crisp palate. Unusual sweet raspberries and a little smoke. Finishes dry. Interesting!
