omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Feb 23, 2006 Bottled. Hazy reddish brown, explosively lively. Appley nose. Hilariously overbarbonated with light crystal malt flavour and some syrup. Low bitterness. Oh dear, the Cave Creek Chili Beer I had before it tasted better... BückDich (4559), Boise, Idaho, USA Sep 27, 2003 Pours a dark amber color with a cobbwebby head and radical sheets of lacing. Aroma is filled with musky hops, very PNWern. Flavor is nicely hoppy, very fresh and floral. YUMMY! Finishes nicely dry and bitter/sweet. This is a great NWern interpretation of a bitter. Why haven't more people had this? JPDIPSO (4286), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA Jul 15, 2004 Draft - Spokane. Amber to brown in color. Light pale malt and licorice aromas and flavors. To much licorice for my palate. Braudog (3463), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates May 22, 2007 Draft pint at the brewpub; Red, little to no carbonation and virtually no head. Not much of an aroma, but this has a nice prototypical bitter flavor profile ... caramel malt, tangy bitterness, nice metallic hop bite. (#2917, 5/18/2007) Eyedrinkale (3111), Beer Town, New York, USA Feb 28, 2006 Bomber. Over carbonated beige head with large bubbles. A 5 minute wait before you cabn get a malty metalic aroma. Taste is smooth though with a light but crisp hop flavor. Nice and malty that leaves the tongue coated in hops.
