COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is crazy! More than four times the amount of hops than our hoppy bitch, Crazy Bitch explodes with hop flavor and aroma. The German-style malt stays very much in the background, giving just a hint of sweet flavor and body, and letting the hops take center stage. You’ll find aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, bright pine and various herbs from the irresponsibly copious doses of Yakima hops, and you’ll find even more complexity and depth when you take your first sip. Our Double IPA is unique in that it has a restrained alcohol level, pale color, and a smooth, approachable bitterness, letting you enjoy more delicious Crazy Bitch without palette fatigue. This brew is made for all you crazy Hop-Heads

Wow! Golden color as the beer pours with a rich white head, citrus/piney nose denoting good dry hopping. Bold flavors of citrus, carmel and medium carb. finishes spicy, resiny and very dry with lingering bitterness. These guys are really putting out some good beers now!

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden colored body with a thin, creamy and frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is pretty piney with resiny, somewhat spicy and juicy grapefruits as well as touches of florals and a hint of caramel. Flavor is similar. Deeper pines with lots of grapefruit resins, a light floral note, and a light caramel. Finishes dry, bitter, lightly spiced, and resiny before leaving a lengthy aftertaste. Medium body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a straightforward, but solid DIPA. Well hopped and bitter with a good amount of piney grapefruits. Nice beer.

Draft at sunset. Pours a slightly hazy burnished medium amber with a creamy white head that sticks around. Huge sweet piney nose. Delectable. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toast and pine mid.palate with a huge bitey dry iced tea and pine resin finish. Almost too acetic afterward but very intense and nicely done.
