Corked & Caged 750 ml Bottle. Appearance is a pale orange and gold color with significant sea foam head. Aroma is toasted oak, herbal hops, pineapple and orange peel. The flavor is dominated by coconut, lemon and pine in addition to some yeast and honey toward the end. Mouthfeel is mildly creamy with medium carbonation and a bitter, citrus infused alcohol warming finish. Overall, an enjoyable coconut DIPA.

750, corked and baled. Pours a cloudy bright medium amber. Loose sudsy white head. Unbelievably delectable nose, showing shredded coconut, balsa wood, and sweet pine. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Caramel, oranges, coconut, and balsa wood mid palate. Clean sweet finish.

750 ml. Bottle This was a nice surprise. Oaky and smooth. Was concerned due to the aged iPa, but the oak comes through nice. Smooth. Cookie.

750ml corked and caged, thanks Alex. Pours a darker golden with a few floaties in there and a off white head that is on the thinner side. Honey, peach, earthy spice, hints of cinnamon, hard to my finger on the other spices...but it has a slight holiday cookie thing going on. More of the cookie spice, hints of earthy vanilla, a bit of tobacco from the palo I presume. Light hop flavor present, but not overly assertive.

Nice spicy wood aroma, almost cedary, light peach, floral hop notes. Somewhat subdued and mostly woody. Pours hazy orange golden, nice thin creamy head. Some floaties and stuff in there. Nice spicy woody notes throughout. Peachy, dough, floral hops. Rather subdued, well balanced. Good drinkability, peppery lingering notes. Well done, dry finish.
