Dec 23, 2007 pours a dark color w/ a small off tan head.. lightly roasty w/ a wheat note and a touch of almost smoke, flavor is really not very good... it’s overly thin and just lacking.

Dec 16, 2007 On draught at the Eau Claire brewpub location. Pours a semi-clear dark amber brew with a creamy off-white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and white ring. Aroma of light flowery hops and some light multi-grain malt. Taste is light bodied, plenty of carbonation with a thin flavor of light bread malt and a touch of flowery hops. Finish is watery, thin, clean cut and crisp.
