ChainGangGuy (1602), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA Sep 14, 2007 Appearance: Pours a thin, clear yellow body with a small white head.
Smell: Lactic, soured wheat aroma. Ugh, everything’s all messed up!
Taste: Good grief. Extremely lactic taste overall, a hint of adjuncts here and there, but it’s simply unfinishable. Lord knows I tried!
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Mild carbonation.
Drinkability: "White weasel" has since become sort of a colloquial saying around these parts. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 9, 2007 Updated: Feb 24, 2008Date: 09/08/2007

CaptainCougar (4664), Rockville, Maryland, USA Sep 8, 2007 Pours a transparent pale golden with a thin, spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of grainy adjuncts, sauerkraut and tart infectious bacteria. Starts thin, watery, sour and a pretty much drainpour. Tastes like everything else I’ve had from them. Skyview (2905), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Jun 21, 2007 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from the brewpub. Pours a very light blonde pale brew with no head. Only a few bubbles on edge of glass. Aroma of multi-grain, steamed rice, with some flowery hops. Taste is highly carbonated, watered down orange peel, some corn flake character and light sweet flowery finish. Palate is too clean and very watered down. JohnnyOS (625), Golden, Wisconsin, USA Mar 23, 2006 Pours golden yellow with thin white head. Aroma of corn and grains. Flavor is more of the same, but adds some faint sugar and hops.
