Alarmingly growing, dense, light yellowish tower of a head over fully clear, metallic golden beer, well-carbonated and leaving shards of lace. Very resiny to nearly piney hopoils’ nose; citrussy, grapefruit, Hessian hopsacks. Bitterish-hoppy onset, soon chased by rather sweet malty notes with a grapefruit lining. Empty a tad finish, if you catch my involuntary Spoonerism. Rather watery MF, well-carbonated feel. Indeed, a good session IPA, nothing great to be sought. Many thanks to Uncle Jimbo!

En fut. Pinte dégustée chez Jimmy the Greeks (Old Orchard Beach, ME) au coût de 5,50$. (Rating #5877)

I was surprised by this beer. Its definately a really good session beer and good competition for the likes of sierra nevada. Although lighter in abv it is good in the flavour and aroma departments. Will be trying this one again.

Pours a deep golden orange color with two plus fingers of white sticky foam. Nose is slightly cheesy with some dank citrus, pine and grassy sweet malts. Palate follows the nose with nice fruity citrus front end than round out with some toasted malt and hints of caramel sweetness mid palate. Finish brings back some hoppy goodness with crisp bitterness and a lingering citrus character. Solid offering.

Golden yellow body with a white head. Toasted malts and grapefruit hops in the aroma. Maybe a bit of floral hops. Slight sweet flavor. Malts were mostly toasted. Hops were delicately bitter but mostly grapefruit. Floral notes were mild. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cybercat (3438) - Georgia, USA - JUN 30, 2014
Pours an appetizing golden amber with a thick and fairly persistent pale tan head. Aroma is very hoppy, with a fruity underpinning. Flavor echoes the strong hoppiness promised by the aroma and adds citrus and a bit of malt to the mix. Firm, strong texture has plenty of fizz. Dial it up a notch!

A solid, sessionable IPA. A bit sticky mouth feel, tropical fruit and pine in the nose, nice ending bitterness with spice kick.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Another impressive brew from Notch given such a low abv. It is thin and a bit watery but compared to most others on this end of the dial it is a notch above.
