COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

bottle from Autohof Thierstein. Clear palke yellow, white head. Lovely hop aroma floating over the glass. Elegant and light-bodied with a good malty base and lots of aromatic and bitter hops, grassy, slightly resiny with hints of hay. Very nice indeed.

Ernest (6187) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - FEB 3, 2008
Sampled at the brewery, Marktredwitz. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly hoppy (flowers, herbs), with light notes of soap and DMS. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, husky. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A rather grainy, rough rendition. Not particularly clean.

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, modest dry, a bit spicy-grasy, sourish touch. Quite drinkable. Not bad!
