Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting.
Body is light yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly hoppy (flowers, herbs), with light notes of soap and DMS.
Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, husky.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.

Fresh, grassy hopbitter flavor, that persists in the aftertaste. Well balanced pilsener. Hildigöltur (5056), København Ø, Denmark Sep 26, 2007 Bottled. Greenish color. Very eggy aroma. Bready flavor with a nice hop bitter finish. Very soft mouthfeel - medium bodied.
