COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Seit Juni 2002 wird unser Sortiment durch eine ganz besondere Spezialität abgerundet. Aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage haben wir uns entschlossen, unser beliebtes Weißbier auch als Rawetzer Weißbier dunkel anzubieten. Wie bei unseren anderen Weißbieren reift das Bier in der Flasche; sein spritziger, milder aber auch leicht malzaromatischer Geschmack wirkt herrlich erfrischend und wird in vielen Biergärten, Gaststätten und Kneipen gerne getrunken.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy dark orange brown colour with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of dark mild roasted malt, red fruits, yeasty. Taste of dark malt, plums, nuts, yeasty finish!

0.5 l bottle at Timo A’s. Hazy reddish brown color. Aromas of very old banana with clove, pepper an winegums on a background. Ripe fruity flavor with ripe banana, wine gums with pepper, clove and some raisins. Full body with high carbonation. A bit heavy to drink, but quite original fruitiness.

Bottle. Dark amber coloured, rather stable, big rocky off-white head. Caramelly nose with toasty and wheaty-fruity undertones. Quite sweet flavour, accompanied by some traces of acidity, light to medium bodied. Dark-malty and sweetish-fruity finish. Well made and nice Dunkelweizen...........
