COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It was the first labelled 10° at its time. The name is derived from the book „Trip of Mr. Broucek to the 15th century” by Svatopluk Čech. The first label even had a picture of a typical drunkard with a beer belly. The name became well established and it has been the major bear in our range of goods nowadays. Broucek is refreshing pale beer belonging to the category of pale tap beers with alcohol content 4%. It is tapped into glass bottles NRW 0.5 l and also into stainless KEGs 50 l, 30 l, 15 l and PET bottles 1.5l.

Barva: jantarová, pěna nedržííc. Vůně: nepříjemná nasládlá. Chuť: Nasládlá chuť která ulpívá na jazyku, jen lehký náznak hořkosti. Chybí říz.

As Slawjanskoe Pivo Legkoe. Plastic bottle. Golden with a white head. Smells and tastes mashy and no good at all. Bitterness grows in the aftertaste.

Lahev (1500ml, děkujem Quack-Duckovi!): deep golden, small and stable creamy head with a little lace, sweetish buttery- bready - slightly perfumed - nose, very restrained hoppy aromas; light to moderate drier bitter-sweet flavour, thin body; light bitter-sweet finish, a faint tinge of tart vegetables detectable. Žádná sláva…

(plastic bottle, 150cl, 4.1% abv) Clear, golden colour with a short and off-white foamy head. Biscuity and slightly sugary malty aroma with notes of cara-malt and a subtle fruity touch. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly bready and buttery malty taste with herbal hops, dry-out effect towards the bitter-sweet and herbal hoppy finish. Not bad. 26.XI.11
