COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Near by Nova Paka, there is the Pecka Castle, where significant nobleman of the Enlightenment era, Krystof Harant of Polzice, Bezdruzice and lord of Pecka, used to live. He was executed as one of the Czech lords in the Old Town Square in Prague after the Battle of the White Mountain. Krystof is pale tap beer with richer taste and alcohol content 4.5%.

0.5 l bottle. Clear deep golden brew with a creamy and stabile white head. Honey, biscuits and distinct herbs in the aroma. Sweetbitter, somewhat fruity and medium dry finish. Not bad.

Half liter glass on tap at Novopacka pivaren, in Bratislava, 1.05€ as Novopacké Krystof 11°. Intense gold color, thick white head, persistent. On the nose is a bit hoppy. Aroma mostly grainy, well hopped. Sustained carbonation, light bodied, intense bitter finish. Dry. Solid Svetly, pretty good.

Hrabal söröző, Budapest. Világos, sárgaréz színe van, habja pedig fehér, közepes méretű, szivacsos és elég kitartó. Illata olyan, mint a frissen kaszált szénának, eső után, kiegészítve egy kis élesztővel. Malátásan és gyümölcsösen kezd, ami mellé csatlakozok egy kis citrusosság, élesztős mellékíz és a komló zöld növényes keserűje, ami elég kiegyensúlyozottá teszi. Könnyű, kissé vizes teste van és közepesen buborékos. Utóíze enyhén gyümölcsös, komlósan keserű és igen száraz. Egy hagyományos cseh pilsenihez volt szerencsém ezzel a sörrel, ami nem hordoz magában nagyobb különlegességet, de igazán szomjoltó és kellemes hétköznapi sör.

Feinherber Antrunk, in Richtung Mittelteil wird es sehr leicht rauchmalzig. Hier kommt auch eine dezente Würze auf, das Bier bleibt mild, von der Intensität ist es aber noch in Ordnung.
