Pours dark golden with a fully receding white head. Aroma of grassy hops and minerals. Taste is cookie, resinous hops, herbal and sweet toffee. Slightly sticky. Medium bodied with lively carbonation and resinous hoppiness.

Jun 29, 2008 Pours a bright golden colour. hops on the nose and strong bitter hops all the way through. slightly grainy at times, and a little watery. kind of dissapointing.

May 6, 2008 bottle. pours hazy chestnut with creamy white head. aroma has a slight floral hop presence and pretty grainy and buttery. flavors are musty, dry, apple, apricot, grain husk, toffee. fizzy mouth feel. not a great example of the style but actually tasty.

May 2, 2008 Bottle. Rich amber beer with an off-white head. Light malt, light spice aroma. Malty, light fruit, light spice, light hay, grassy flavor. Medium-light body. Easy drinking. Grain lingering with a bit of grass and spice.
