Real Blond Ale
A combination of strength and subtlety. A pure malt beer with a wide palette of flavours to drink as an aperitif or to be served with country-style cooking (mussels and chips, herrings, poultry, stews etc.).

Big offwhite head. Slightly hazy yellow body with strong carbonation. Fruity herbal aroma with papery notes. Fairly bland. Dry-sweet herbal fruity taste with honey and paper notes. Light body. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy honey aftertaste with papery notes. Very bland and boring, but perfectly drinkable. (0.33l bottle, I forget where from.)

Bottle@Home. Sweet malts, light herbal, fruity. Pale golden, large white head, good lace. Malty, sweetish, bitter, light herbal, hint of citrus. Medium body, sparkling. Refreshing, flavourful, balanced. Not bad actually.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow to orange w. white creamy head. Aroma: very fruity, sweet wheat and notes of oranges, honey and citrus, but also yeast. Medium body on the pallate w. bit watery texture. Taste: wheat w citrus flavours, some malt and gentle hops.

Bottle. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma w. malt, hops and fruits. Taste is crisp, grassy, fruity. Oily palate. Nice almost spicy finish. Good balance.

Little cloudy yellow to orange beer, white creamy head, adhesive but unstable. Aroma: very fruity, tangerines and oranges, honey and citrus. MF: ok carbon, medium body, bit watery texture. Taste: bit malty, citrus flavours, some gentle hops, honey, grapefruit. Aftertaste: mostly citrus, a little bitter, hint of pineapple.

At Kolding Ølmesse. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma has lots of fresh cereal and a fruity touch. Sweet fruity and spicy flavour with a bit of alcohol noticed.

Bouteille de 33 cl. Blonde, légèrement trouble, mousse assez faible. Arômes d’épices, de fruits, d’écorce d’orange. Correcte mais rien de spécial. Trouvée aux jardins de Rouvroy.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a big frothy white head. Aroma is fruity yeasty with a solid dose of medium sweet malts.Taste is malty, medium sweet, easy on the bitter side. Quite oily mouthfeel. Lively carbonation.
