75 cl bottle. Hazy pale golden colour, with a big cottony head. Clearly very bread/yeasty aroma with hints of citrus. Bit raw in aroma profile. Good fruity flavour with dough and yeast. Hints of light caramel. Fluffy, big-ish mouthfeel, at least at this abv-level. Very reminiscent of those blonde Abbey beers. Light sweet and semi-dry. No cellar in this one. It ought to be aged for at least half a year.

Had to really fight to get much head out of this one, but once it was going it was okay, in fact lasting quite awhile, must be lots of yeast in the recipe. Soft aroma of hops and malts, very faint. Taste is a little malt, a little hop, some alcohol sting. Not too interesting or complex, but very drinkable.

33 cl. bottle from Brdr. D´s vinhandel, Østerbrogade. Poured in to a snifter. Hazy, golden-yellow colour with a lasting and creamy white head. Very sweet and fruity aroma. Taste is sweet with notes of fruits, lemon and oranges, an earthy note. Medium body with a lively carbonation. Short, fresh and sweet finish. Nice!

33 cl bottle in Trappist glas@home. Approx 10 celcius. Cloudy golden with nice white head with delighfully small bubbles. Good aroma with citrus and sugar. Light for a blonde. In alcohol, but unfortunately also somewhat in taste. However, the taste that this beer does carry of Belgian blonde yeast, a subtle sweetness and a quity malty finish, is very pleasant and very well balanced. If you are in the market for a blonde without too much alcohol and which is not too heavy, 2 Caps is a good bet without any off tastes to bother you enjoyment
