Bottle 330ml.
Hazy medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, paper, light moderate yeasty, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100410]

UPDATED: APR 26, 2008 Bottled at RBESG 2007. An unclear light yellow beer with a lazing rocky off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of citrus and coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus and coriander as well as light notes of wheat, leading to a dry spicy finish. The body is thin.

Blind tasting at Papsoes place, another great session, thanks Henrik! Beer #30: Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Light ginger spiced and yeasty aroma. Flavour is spiced, light wheaty and citrus fruity. Mild sweetness with light watery citrus fruity note. Light coriander note to the wheaty notes into the finish.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy golden with a tall, dense and stable off-white head leaving laces. Fresh coriander notes. Light in body with vaguely tart citrus notes and some corinader. No bitternes in the finish. 190408

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is very big coriander, zest, a lot of other citrusfruits, wheat and some more spices involved. Flavour is coriander, wheat, slight yeast and some grass. A very pleasant thing, that at the same time is very refreshing and full of stuff. One of the better Witbiers I have had.

Bottled. Clear golden, rocky head. Citric aroma heavy on coriander. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and rather intense in flavour for such a light beer - coriander, yeast and lemon peels. This and the sweetness reduces the refreshing qualities, making it more of a low sipper, or something in between the two. No bitterness.

Bottle. Hazy golden coloured with a creamy white head. Fruity and spicy aroma of yeast with notes of hops. Spicy flavour of yeast, fruits and hops. Spicy and hoppy finish. A bit watery.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a white head. Sweet fruity wheat aroma with some hints of citrus. Sweer fruity and slightly bitter citrus flavor. Sweetish malty wheat finish with hints of citrus in the aftertaste.

Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan Tasting, April 2010. Pours unclear pale yellow with a small white head and lacings. Nose is yeast, rubber, wheat and coriander. Lively carbonation. Flavor is yeast, vegetables and wheat. Some rubber. Medium to thin palate.

Cloudy pale blond color; frothy head. Aroma of paper, vanilla, yeast, wet cereals. Light body, spicy wheat flavor, with some yeast. Finishes dry. Pleasant for a wheat.
