Color is white yellowish. Good head. Taste in the distance something slightly spicy and citrus-like but tastes also quite watery.

Bottle. Gift from a business partner of Chrissie. I hate the corking in these Noyon beers. Not enough cork showing to get a good grip to pull them out, yet too high from the bottle to use a waiter’s friend corkscrew. It’s a question of push, twist, push, twist, for ages. Blah! The beer is pleasant, but very run of the mill. It’s a standard watery/refreshing wheat beer. A slice of lemon would really assist the flavours to come through. Best drunk to accompany food, as it’s too wimpish to stand up by itself. Nothing wrong here, it’s just lacking in impact or interest. I’ve had global lagers with more character.
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Benzai (4345) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - SEP 20, 2012
33cl bottle [thanks to my parents bringing this from holiday] shared with Joes and Dutchdrebus. Hazy yellowish color, medium sized white head that diminishes quite quickly. Smell wheat, lightly citrus and fresh. Taste wheat, some fruits, lightly citrussy. Pretty fresh taste as well. Medium carbonation, low to medium body. Nice Belgian White.

Bottle thx to benzai’s parents. Hazy pale yellow with a decent, soft and creamy white head. Smells fresh, fruity, malty. Tastes quite sweet, malty and very fruity. Thin to medium body, low fizzy carbo.

Caruccia!

Bottle. (old notes from 2007)
Clear golden with a large white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with wheat and yeast. Also some citrus. No bitternes and with a soft body. Nothing sensational but drinkable.

20/12/2011 75cl bottle @ home - BB: 31/12/13 (2011-722) Thanks to Bernard for sharing the bottle!
Little cloudy pale beige to yellow beer, white small head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very grainy, oats, some flowers, bit fruity, coriander. MF: good carbon, thin body. Taste: malts, bit sweet, some honey and spices, slightly bitter. Aftertaste: spices, nutmeg, little bitter. It misses the wheat tartness of a good witbier.
