COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Free translation from the label: In the beginning of the 20th Century Per Gustaf Burström breweed his first beer in Luleå. Now Nyckelöl (~key beer)s brewed again. The fourth generation has taken over, and in August (2001) the brewery is ready to open by Kallax Airport. Tradition and experiementalism is the kay to secret. Enjoy this test brew as long as it’s in stock. The keys are fefound, soon we are to unlock the gates.

Bottle 33 cl, SB, Luleå. Pours clear pale golden with a small whit head. Malty, hoppy and sweet fruity arma. Crispy acidy mouthfeel. Flavor is sweet malty, bitter hoppy, fruity and bready. Finishes sweet fruity and bitter.

Flaske 0,33l fra Systembolaget i Luleå. Delt med Rune under rateseanse 2 mar 11. Lys gylden. OK hvitt skum. Søt fruktig aroma. Flat smak med tilløp til litt fruktighet. Kjedelig. Ikke god.

330ml bottle that Finn had bought somewhere in Swedish Lapland for mutual enjoyment back home in Tromsø. Loose-white, head. Clear, straw-golden. Mostly pale malts to the nose added by hints of hay. Dry taste of corn and fruity sweetness. Weak bitter endnotes. Mediocre beer and very limited enjoyment (session with Finn, 02.03.2011).

Bottled (as Nyckel Original) at Stockholm Beer Festival 2009. Deep golden color. Malty honeyish aroma. Malty honeyish flavor with some tart fruitiness and low bitterness. Simple and dull.

Bottle, 50cl - Pale yellow beer with a large white head. Aroma is malty with notes of straw and grassy hops. Flavor is malty with notes of grass, citrus and alcohol. Not very good with a strange taste of hops.

Bottled@SBWF2009, as Nyckel Original 5.2%. Golden colour, mediumseized white head. Aroma is hops, grass, fruits and mild yeastyness. Flavour is quite much the same. Not very exciting, but is atleast somewhat refreshing.
