Commercial Description: A pale summer beer with balanced sweetness and a fine crispy freshness.
Especially brewed for the Nynäshamn fish restauarant Kroken's 10th anniversary in June 2005. 2000 bottles made, only available at the restaurant.
Bottled. Hazy golden, fluffy, firm head. Marked citric hop aroma. Medium sweet with medium body and a wealth of fresh, lemony hops. Medium bitterness. A well balanced, very thirst quenching beer that goes really well to the fish dishes served at the restaurant.
