UPDATED: JAN 8, 2007 Draught at SBWF 06. Red amber colour, creamy white head. Nice hop aroma. The flavour has some aroma hops, not overdone, but distinct and nice. These hops are a bit teaish. Very well-balanced bitter.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(Bottle at Stockholm Beer Festival). Detracting from the fact that this is a very good bitter is a weird hoppy note that I can’t quite put my finger on. Will try to re-rate soon.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: FEB 1, 2007 (Draught at The Rover, Göteborg) Pours beautiful dark, clear amber with a white head. Aroma: Floral and perfume-ish hops with some malty notes. A bit fruity but also tiny hints of spices like pepper, nutmeg and dry wood. Notes of lemon. The taste is grapefruity hops. Bitter and dry. A bit malty. Fresh and well balanced. Good body dispite the low alcohol contens.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a nice dark golden with a big fluffy white head. Excellent retention and lacing. Big APAish aroma of pine, grapefruit and yeast, must have been dry hopped. The body is where the beer lets itself down, a tiny but of caramel and some nuttness. The hops give a big grapefruit flavour and very strong bitterness. The finish is quite dry and hoppy. Its a good beer, but could have done with a little more of a malt character to it.

Aroma is great, bitter citruis hops with some ggrassyness also. Taste is similar and reasonably balanced very very easy to drink.
