Bottle, gift from Molenbrouwer. Dark amber color. Malt, sage, dried fruit and apricot in the aroma. Malty sweet grassy flavor with apricot. Full bodied, hints of alcohol. Fairly well balanced barley wine.

It pours a deep amber colour with a tan head.
Aroma is malt, caramel, wood and hops.
Flavour is sweet malt, caramel and hops with a malty and hoppy after taste.

Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse, Stockholm. Hazy amber body with a thick steady off white head. Aroma notes of fruit, barley, caramel, sherry and light alcohol. Flavour is sweet malty, barley and fruity with some hops. Short aftertaste.

Small beige head, deep ruby colour. lots of lacing.Aroma is distinctly fruity and with hops clerly present, honey, jam, alcohol, dark fruit. Flavour is sweet and with a nice bitterness to it. Mouthfeel is lively with small bubbles, the liquid is sticky. This is the best swedish barley wine I’ve had to date!

Draft @ Bishops Arms, Malmö. Pours a deep amber color with a longlasting creamy off-white head. Has a malty fruity dark fruit aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty hoppy bitter dark fruit flavor with some hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter aftertaste with some hints of dark fruit.

Draught at OT. Aged for 1 year. Short light brown head. Clear Madeira aroma. Medium sweet with a litle too small bitterness for a Barley. Realy plesent to drink.

Bottle courtesy of omhper. Pours mahogany with a small but stubborn head. Smells of caramel, oak, fruit, cognac, earthy. Tastes of dark fruit, molasses, some bitter splashes, nice velvety mouthfeel and a light spicy finish.

Light hazy amber colour with an off white head. Malty, caramel sweet aroma with notes of alcohol and chocolate. malty, toffee sweet flavor with a light dark fruity note. Loight alcohol sweet finish with floral notes.
