Aroma: Smelling, as expected, citric, grape-fruit and bitter orange, floral, pine needles and grass.
Appearance: The beer is clear ruby amber, with a firm and slow beige head that leaves good lacing. Good curtains.
Taste: The taste is toffee and butterscotch, bread crust, then grape-fruit juice, tropical fruits, mango, and finally a good aromatic bitterness that lingers around.
Palate: Medium high carbonation, soft and oily, a big body, a dry and warm finish.
Overall: Still a really good DIPA, much hops but not unbalanced.
Note: On-tap at BA, Sankt Eriksgatan. Reviewed 2012-09-26.

500 ml bottle poured a hazy orange amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of biscuit, apple, orange, pink grapefruit, tropical fruit and light mint. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, lemon, grapefruit and light orange zest with a crisp dry lingering bitter finish.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks omhper for this bottle! Clear amber. Aroma of butter (diacetyl) and some floral hops. Flavor has a bit of sweetish malt, a bit of diacetyl and a moderately bitter and hoppy finish. Medium-bodied. OK.

Light amber with thick offwhite foam. Caramel and slight smoke. Full moutfeel, but not really typical for a DIPA.

Bottle @ Haand festival. Pour light orange, with a small white head. the hop-character is a little mellow, and I would want a little more from a DIPA. Taste is a little sweet, with only a little bit of hopy bitterness. Average body, with an average carb.

Described as an American style DIPA, but I think the aroma reminds me more of a British style. No fruitiness but caramel and malty. Amber color with a nice lasting creamy head. Taste is weak, almost as if the bottle is a little old. Weak bitterness, no American style over this at all. As I have tried this before on tap, this is not how I remember the taste. Maybe a bad batch... Nynäshamn is one of Sweden’s best breweries but this bottle does not impress.
