Smells of coffe beans. Tastes of roasted malts and coffe. I cant remember if I´ve had Smörpundet without barrel ageing, but this is realy smooth and I think it have had great benefit from the barreling. Magicdave6 (5560), London, Greater London, England

Alround rating: Woody, roasty, alcohol is showing itself at times. The roasty character isnt too overpowering and its drinkable enough but not really my deal. Black body with a really good tan head. Lovely chocolate malt, slight soy, decent coffee and fairly aggressive bitter hoppage. A little bit raw, rather a lot of alcohol showing and slight oxidisation. Good stuff but the rawness lets it down a bit. oh6gdx (9162), Vasa, Finland

I quite liked it. A little on the plain side maybe after tasting the Hel and Veldoemenis, but it was a solid porter that ticked all the boxes and left me with a smile on my face. Even though I needed Fonefan to write the name of it down in my notebook as I had no idea what it was. KimJohansen (7308), Copenhagen V, Denmark
