COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Fruity and tangy hop aroma with hints of smoked sausage. Very fruity and hop bitter taste. Long hop flavor in the aftertaste, floral and bitter. This beer has a distinctly strange flavor (from Rakau-hops), but it is good!

Cask Conditioned at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö
Hazy light amber color. It has a solid Golden Ale backbone, reasonably malty, and with a pleasant residual sweetness. The hop is strange, it creates a peculiar aroma (metallic, sweaty, grassy) and some fruity flavor. A bit rough but enjoyable.

Cask at Bishop Arms, Malmö. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma has strong notes of fruit - especially peaches as well as medium notes of ginger - is that from the hop? and light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit - again primarily peaches, but also some oranges, combined with lighter notes of hay and malt, leading to a delicately bitter finish.

On draught at 3 Små Rum. Hazy golden with white head. Big phenolic aroma of swimming-pool, nutmeg, tin and clove. Low on the hops here. Hops do not do much in flavour and the body is light. Bit of smoke, from the phenols. Bit floral but not much. Harshly bitter. I was really disappointed.
