Draught@SBWF2011. More or less black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown foamy head that leaves good lace. Aroma is citrus, grass, some mild herbs, liquorice, gingerbread and mild ashy and roasted notes as well. Flavour is more or less the same in a rather nice balance. Rather bittery ashy finish.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2013 Draught at the brewery’s 15th aniversary. Hazy dark brown, beige head. Aroma of grapefruit and tar. Mid sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Pine needles, grapefruit and asphalt. Quite bitter finish.

Clear dark brown coloured with a small off-white head.
Sweet and roasted aroma of hops, licorice, vanilla and grass.
Sweet and roasted flavour of hops and grass with notes of licorice and chocolate.
Roasted and hoppy finish.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty licorice hoppy aroma with hints of caramel. Roasted malty chocolate licorice hoppy bitter flavor. Has a roasted malty hoppy bitter licorice finish.

Black color with generous beige creamy head. Nice aroma, hoppy and resiny, with hop cones, then roasted malts. The mouthfeel is smooth but also quite dry; the flavor balances very well mild tones of malt, roasted malts with quality hopping; pleasant hop resins, with some citrusy (orange) character; long final; never ashy nor excessive.
Very well brewed.

Black color with beige creamy head. Very nice aroma of green grassy hops, with a citrusy touch. Smooth mouthfeel, soft flavor of roasted malts, some dark chocolate, light pleasant yeast, correct bitterness with a touch of hop resins and some tea. Dry but balanced final.
Very nice.

Draught. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter nice flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Draft courtesy of Blomster, thanks! Black, brown head, decent lacing. Aroma of burnt toast, chocolate, lite pine. Taste is coffee grounds, pine, subtle chocolate. Decent.

Keg (Pikkulintu, Helsinki)
Sweetish nettley aroma, hint of tobacco, treacle and old leather. Weird herbal taste. Nettles definitely in the taste. Stir fry spicy vegetables. But also dry burnt roast. Kind of like an English stout, with added weirdness. Finish dry dry old bitter hops, touch of bitter coffee grounds too.

Draught at The Rover, Göteborg. Black beer with a nice beige head. Hoppy aroma, tropical fruits, metal, perfume notes, some grass. Hoppy grassy flavor, metallic, fruity, some yeasty notes.

Black color, dense light brown head. Fresh, hoppy, green, citrus scent. sWeet, fruity, citrus, cream, very well balanced, smooth, hoppy, very nice taste! Smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Highly drinkable! Very pleasantly surprised, thought I’d not like it this much, I’lld rink it again! Also very happy to notice the lack of classic Nynäshamns house flavor (phenoles).
