3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Frovigalning (2024) - Örebro, SWEDEN - JUL 21, 2010
Draught at Akkurat. It poured a clear golden liquid with a small white head. Smell of hops, grass, pinecones, flowers and freshly cut grass. Taste was similar, very fresh and plenty of hops. the mouthfeel was medium smooth with a medium thick body and medium amount of carbonation. Decent mouthfeel overall. Nice summer beer that packs enough hops to work in the hot wheater. Probably great with BBQ food. It smelled better then it tasted though.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 hirigalzkar (1820) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 21, 2012
Bottle @ Nynäshamns rökeri. Pours dark orange with a medium sized white head. Slightly hazy. Anonymous malty aroma with small metallic and smoked notes in the background. Think "doublebock light". The taste has got wheat beer similarities with its clove notes and smoothness. Fruity notes of grape and orange cant make it all the way to hop heaven, due to the rather disturbing (although I have to say - rather refreshing) pilslike bitterness in the finish. Slightly smoked and quite dry aftertaste. Overall a stable, refreshing summer beer. Maybe a bit too heavy and alcoholic to be as drinkable as I always hope for american pale ales to be.

Taste is sweet and bitter with grapefruit juice, lemon zest, soap, green grapes, lemon hard candy and hints of bread. Mouthfeel is smooth, round and light bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with lemon hard candy, lemon zest, grass and orange zest.

Off-dry, medium bodied, medium to high bitterness, balanced CO2.
Hoppy, fruity taste, apricot, resin, spruce, caramel, passion fruit, faint robust note of earth or grain.
Dries out nicely in the finish, the alcohol is very well hidden. (2012-09-25)

@Akkurat: trevlig fruktig doft med tydlig ananas. Smaken är välhumlad, stor frukt och kolatoner. Fin krämig eftersmak.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Vignale (1368) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUL 18, 2012

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 TEJA (1156) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 29, 2011
Draught at Akkurat.
Light beige lasting head. Solid yellow color.
Big citrus aroma from the american hops.
The taste has a nice maltinesswith some chrystal malts, some bitterness that gets a little harsh in the end. The taste also has some hop taste that blends well with a nice spakling. Medium amounts of everything you wish for in a summer ale.
