330mL bottle, courtesy of siranselm (thanks Marcus), pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of chocolate, some subtle winter spices (cinnamon and nutmeg), and light toasted malt. Flavour brings out soft chocolate malt, almost an irony bloody type taste and some subtle winter spices as aforementioned. Pretty soft carbonation, with a light body. Not the most interesting porter, nor are the flavours very well executed. Decent stuff, but nothing special.

0.33 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Black color. Roasty coffeish aroma with dark bread and milk chocolate. Taste of coffee, dark bread, licorice, nuts and milk chocolate. Full body. OK imperial porter, but needs something more punchy.

Pours clear deep brown with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Bottle. A dark brown beer topped by a minimal-sized light beige head. Caramel and roasted notes, some coffee, and a light hoppy touch in the aroma. The flavor is mostly on the roasted side, with bready hints, toast and rye bread, as well as coffee and licorice hints. Dark dried fruits too. Full body, silky on the palate. Lasting roasted and burnt finish. A pleasant one indeed, but a bit one dimensional for my likings. 130215
