250 ml bottle shared by GT2: Pours a mostly opaque dark mahogany with a thin spotty-lacing ring of tan head. Has a lightly sweet toasty dark caramel and chocolate nose. Starts with rich chewy dark malty sweetness with some plum and raisin flavors before a toasty dark chocolate finish with a touch of smoke. Good complexity and drinkability.

Thanks to Darkguardian for sharing this one. Big coco puff nose. Dark brown pour with tan head. Lots of deep roasty malts, chocolate, and caramel notes.

Pours an almost black color with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, liqourice, some coffee and dried fruits - a bit vinous. Flavour of coffee, liqourice and dried fruits (raisins, plums). Rather vinous feel to it, just slightly sweet. Mediumbodied with soft carbonation. Tasty! Rather "aged" feeling.

25cl bottle, courtesy of and shared with Gnoff.

Ganska bränd smak i hela registret men i många finstämda nyanser. Bränt socker, mycket kaffe, soya, förvånansvärt lätt kropp vilket mest känns positivt, lätt efterbeska. En lite förbryllande upplevelse. Känns inte riktigt färdig på något sätt.

250mL courtesy of omhper! The pour is a pretty tepid, deep ruby black with rings of bubbles on the edge of the Hair of the Dog tasting glass. Nose is huge black cherries, sweet maple, small tawny port notes, small umami/savory/soy character. Almost like a Belgian quad or Gouden Carolus Noel nose. No coffee, roast, cocoa. Taste Is sweet black cherry, cherry licorice, small amounts of ash. But still comes across as very Belgian strong like with massive dark fruits (prunes, dates). A little sweet for porter. Could use some bitterness. Richer palate. Works well as a dessert beer.
