COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
NZ Pure lager has a subdued malt backbone overlaid with a subtle hop character from the NZ Hallertau aroma hops used late in the boil. A refreshing easy drinking lager, perfect ice cold and straight from the bottle.

Bottle: I should have set it back in the beer tub as soon as I saw it was in a green bottle. It appeared clear since I didn’t waste a pour. The aroma was pure sun riddled skunk cock, I almost wanted to screw the top back on since it was a twist, but I had used the bottle opener like a dumbass. The taste was very bitter, sour past its best days grain. I could almost make out laughter of the distributor that brought this gem into South Korea!

330ml bottle. Green bottle and skunky cereal aroma prepare you for what is to come. Amber colour underneath a slight white head. Flavour is mild and grainy.

330ml bottle. Light golden hue, thin white bubbly diminishing head. Has what I would call "typical N.Z macro brewery lager aromas" - cereal grain a bit of cardboard, slightly sulphury, but there some ok green hop aromas - pine, green grass though not strong enough and fresh smelling to redeem it. Moderate malty sweetness and light bitterness. Light to medium body, average carbonation, metallicity in the mouth-feel and finish. Thankfully I didn’t buy this and now know that I don’t need to.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is skunky and dominated by brewing cereal. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and metal as well as skunky notes of brewing cereal, leading to a dry metallic finish.

Clear gold colour with with fluffy white head, disappears quickly. Sulphury flavour that bites. Purley BAD!!!!
