COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Indeholder: Vand: Fra Fyn. Malt: Pale Ale, Cara Munich II, Carafa (Chocolate). Humle: Fuggle (bitter-, smags- & aromahumle). Øvrige: Kandis, rosinsirup. Gær: Safale S-04 (Engelsk ale gær).

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown colour with a small head. Aroma of dark bread, syrup and some plum sweetness. Flavour of toasted malts, metallic notes, syrup, dark bread, yeast, some astrigent and grainy notes. Light bodied and a dry, stingy, sweet finish. A weird brown ale, and not very enjoyable.

Idiosynkrasie (3730) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUL 25, 2014
330ml bottle. Ruby red glowing, dark brown colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Malty aroma has a nuttily touch, cautious hints of milk chocolate, hints of orange zest, citrusy hoppy overtones with a lemon touch. Taste is quite similar, sweet-ish, citrus adds some airiness. Nice.

OleR (4801) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 19, 2014
Pours a ruby-shaded dark brown to black. Tall beige cream head, quickly shrinking to a layer of tiny bubbles. Cocoa and milk chocolate to the nose. Chalky on the palate. Good body for a 5.9 %. Soft choco-accented malt flavor. On the sweet side. Noticeable earthy bitterness, not quite enough to deal with the malt sweetness. Easy drinking. [0,33 l bottle from Fish&Beer, København]

It’s red-brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, nuts, caramel and light fruit. The flavor has a light to moderate sweetness with notes of roasted malt, licorice, caramel, light nuts and fruit, and the finish is roasted.
