Bottle, at TFODRBSG 2012. A finger-thick, light beige head sits on top of a rather dark brown body. Roasted, nutty nose with some yeasty hints. All rather weak. Lightly roasted and nutty flavor with some dried fruits and yeasty hints. Medium body, quite dry. Lasting finish, roasted and nutty, but rather boring. That goes for the whole experience, but then again, most brown ales tend to be rather boring. 120818

Bottle. Pours light hazy brown with a medium beige head. The aroma is bit nutty with some notes of roasted malt and toasted caramel. The flavour is toasted wih some notes of tobacco and light hoppy notes.

Fruity aroma of caramel, bread, nuts and hops.
Fruity flavour of hops, bread, caramel and grass with notes of berries.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is light chemical and fruity. Fruity, toasted malty and slight chemical. Dry and fruity into the finish. Mild chocolate into the far finish.
