3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Skinnyviking (5956) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 30, 2012
Bottle. Low and quickly disappearing off-white head. Hazy dark brown body. Mild and pretty anonymous choccolate, caramel, roasted malt bread aroma and flavor with notes of berries. Little hops bitterness. Low carbonation, short aftertaste. When I tasted the beer I could have it with an extra shot of hops. Made the beer better but unfortunately still quite uninteresting.
