Indeholder: Vand: Fra Fyn. Malt: Pale Ale, Cara Munich II, Carafa (Chocolate). Humle: Fuggle (bitter-, smags- & aromahumle). Øvrige: Kandis, rosinsirup. Gær: Safale S-04 (Engelsk ale gær).

Papsoe (25129) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 15, 2012
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear orangey brown with a dense beige head with a good retention. Greasy, caramellish, yeasty aroma - perhaps a discreet whiff of smoke even? Medium body, sweet burned caramel and nuts, a little chocolate even with a dry but never hoppy finish. Pleasant and in-offensive. 150812
