The beer was pale golden with a good whipped cream head. The aromas were mostly sweet juicy malts with touches of lemon and hay in the background. Tastes of light toast, some apple/pear drop stuff and a clean bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied and very easy drinking.

On tap at O’Neil Brew Pub, Paris on 20th November 2011. Golden with lasting white head and patterned lacing. Yeasty, slightly smoky aroma; bitter liquid with grapefruit hoppiness and smoke. Slight welcome savoury touch. Citric, smoky finish, rather bitter.

Lager saponifera con puzzette di zolfo, sicuramente la peggiore proposta del brew pub;

on tap at O’Neil bar. aroma is citrus and sour bubblegum. pours gold with white head. sweet and fairly bland. bit of an off-flavor too. diacetyl?

A pale yellow ale with a thin white head. In aroma, strange catnip, almost like Brett, Orval-like. In mouth, a light smooth malt with some Belgian notes, grassy and smooth, again, a nice surprising beer. On tap at brewpub, May 12 2011.

Draught at the brewpub. Golden body with a white head. Grainy sweet malty nose, sweet malty taste, light fishy herbal note but cute overall. Ok blonde.

Clear blond with a thin white head. Aroma is flowers, tropical fruits. Taste is smoky... kind of pineapple too. Weird, not very good.

[3306-20100807] Tap. Mild lemon skins aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with quick foamy white bubbles. Hint of lemon dandelion and onion notes in the flavour. Light body. Refreshing.
