Fruity flavour of hops, grass and spices.

tap. clear pale golden with a small white head, little retention. pils and sugary malts, citrus and herbal blandness, some ginger and pepper, few phenols. slightly watery - light body, average carbonation. meh.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear pale golden, small head. Light citric nose. Dryish with clean mouthfeel and light body. Some citric hops, fairly low bitterness.

Gold with a lasting frothy white lacy head. Light fruity smell with a bit of vegetable. Light frothy slightly watery body. Tastes of lemon citrus with a slight hint of vegetable. Probably slightly off. Has some mild tropical fruit like mango but it’s faint. Drinkable but needs more hops.

On tap at oneil, Paris. Dark gold color. Very thin head. Low carbonation. Malty aroma. Not deep enough.

On tap at the brewpub. Yellow/golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, mild grassy nose. Malty, light hoppy and slight grassy with short bitterish finish. Average.

The beer was pale golden with a good whipped cream head. The aromas were mostly sweet juicy malts with touches of lemon and hay in the background. Tastes of light toast, some apple/pear drop stuff and a clean bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied and very easy drinking.

On tap at O’Neil Brew Pub, Paris on 20th November 2011. Golden with lasting white head and patterned lacing. Yeasty, slightly smoky aroma; bitter liquid with grapefruit hoppiness and smoke. Slight welcome savoury touch. Citric, smoky finish, rather bitter.
