Jul 5, 2009 12 oz. bottle courtesy of a trade with Sparky27. Pours a cloudy dirty yellow gold with a thin white head that quickly disappeared and left no lace. Mild aroma of banana and cloves with just a bit of lemon in the nose as well. The flavor is stronger than the aroma with banana and cloves with a bit of yeast and lemon. No problems here.

Jun 23, 2009 On tap at the brew pub in Tlaquepaque. Pours a turbid yellow with decent sized white head. Expected banana/clove aroma. Taste is dominated by banana, minor clove. Very well-balanced, but not outstanding.

Beer is a cloudy golden color with a decent sized white head. Aroma is cloves, banana, wheat, yeasts, spices. Flavor is bananas, clove, yeasts, esthers, malt. Decent hefe.

May 13, 2009 Pours very clear and with a barely any head. Agitated the dregs and produced a nice haze, but still very still in the glass. Muddy gold. Classic clove, but some band aid and leather too. Tastes....cold. Flat with flavor and therefore actually refreshing, but still disappointing. Not much character or pop.

Apr 26, 2009 1st night in Sedona had to search this place out. Hard to find in the dark due to not much lighting used in town. Nice and cloudy with aroma of citrus. Flavor of lemon,banana clove. Decent.

Apr 23, 2009 Pours slightly hazy golden/straw color with thin white head. Surprising lack of haze and minimal head. Nose is disappointing, but has some faint banana, yeasty/bready aromas, and citrus. Palate is very fruity, nice malt, banana/clove as expected. Just ok.

Apr 22, 2009 Sampled on 4/22/2009. This Hefeweizen pours a slightly hazy yellow gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head without much retention. The aroma is bubblegum and wheaty. A light to medium bodied Hefeweizen. The malts are wheaty and sweet with a touch of banana and clove. Hops are slightly floral. Kind of flat tasting and under-carbonated. Sort of between a wheat ale and a hefe. Not a very good example of either. Nothing really unpleasant tasting here, its just that there is not a lot of flavor. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
