On tap at Brewery & Grill in Sedona. Crystal clear amber color with a white head of modest size and moderate duration. Very little lacing. Aroma: sweet malts and mostly citrus hops. Flavor: surprisingly hoppy (Centennial and Cascade hops).from mildly sweet start to the mildly bitter finish. Nice medium body; perhaps a bit light in carbonation; quite dry. O: exceptional and recommended. .

Draft @ Oak creek. Clear golden yellow with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma of citrus, herbal and some caramel malt. Flavor is well balanced malt and hops with a fairly clean yeast profile. Medium to light body with average carbonation. Solid pale ale, very drinkable.

Bottle. Golden-copper, super heavily sedimented (me thinks this might be old?). Drinks with a pleasant-enough APA citrus flavor profile, moderately creamy, and finishing cleanly. (#4765, 8/5/2012)

Tasted at the brewery, as "Doc’s Pale Ale". Perfumey, floral hops. Buttery palate. Crisp hoppy finish. Light and drinkable. Tasty.

Bottle thanks to fata2683: Poured a golden with a fluff off white head. Aroma is strong on pine and citrus hops with a fruitiness. Taste is mild hops with nice malts and fresh grain. The flavor is a little let down after such a bold nose, but seems very good overall.

Bottle poured a clear amber with a lingering ring of amber foam. Aromas of biscuit, earthiness, grapefruit and light straw. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness, straw and a hint of grapefruit zest with a crisp dry lingering bitter finish.

Bottle via a trade. Pours with a murky/muddy orange-brown hued body with a lasting bright white head that leaves some lace. Aromas are of iced tea, crystal malt, medium citrus, orange, light pine, some fruity esters. Very sweet smelling with some light bready notes. Flavors are quite sweet, bready, caramel, mild butterscotch (diacetyl), citrus and ice tea. Sweet. Super lively carbonation. Not great.
