Good head and carbonation in this one. Alot of hops here, too much for my liking. Some bitterness at the end.

Clear orange body with medium white head that leaves solid lacing. Aroma is medium grapefruit, mildly sweet. Taste is strong grapefruit throughout, not much else. Pretty one-dimensional.

Sampled on 4/16/2009. This Pale Ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is orange and citrus, some caramel malt. A medium bodied Pale Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity and citrusy. Lively carbonation. Grapefruity hops and not much else. Could use a little some more maltiness. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and sharp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Amber bottle pour with nice frothy head. Light notes of hops with a touch of roast on the nose. Flavor is citrus and hoppy with malt finally coming on in the end with a a touch of roast. Very watery thin body.

12 oz bottle courtesy of an extra from hellbilly. Thnks, buddy! Pours a dulled amber with some haze, lively carbonation, and moderate offwhite bubbly head that dies to a small layer and laces some. Aromas are on tap with the style, pushing some lemon, grass, and grapefruit from a good hopping and some pale malt sweetness and a touch of grain. Promising. Initial is light on the palate, pushing a highly sessionable pale malt sweetness with decent hopping of florals, grass, and citrus. Light, a bit depleted maybe, but sessionable. Finish pushes light florals, light bitterness, and pale malts and a touch of soap on the aftertaste. Not bad, not great. A little watery for my liking. This would be a great lawnmower APA on a hot sweaty day, where hops might detract from hydration.

Tap at the brewpub. Golden color, white head that sticks to the glass and laces nicely. No nose to speak of. Bitter hop taste and not much malt. Typical pale ale color, appearance, and taste. Nothing special.

Received from Deaz at TalkNCAA.com
Poured into an Oklahoma State Cowboys English pint glass with immediate carbonation release that maintained throughout the pour. Beautiful golden color. Extremely subtle nose with a hint of sweetness. Back of the tongue registers the bitter malt, while there’s something almost citrusy left behind for the aftertaste. Drinks well, but not super easy.

Pours a nice clear copper color with a white head. Aroma is fruity, diacetyl, honey, floral, and some citrus hops. Flavor is floral, slightly fruity, some citrus, and a bitter slightly spicy finish.

Amber gold color with active bubbles (everything else on the sampler tray was quiet, while this one kept on bubbling). Thick head, too. Has a slighly sour milk aroma (can't place that aroma and can't really find the standary malty and yeast aroma in there . . .). Dominant floral hoppy flavor. Mildly bitter, but as soon as the bitterness kicks in, the malts take over. Good, mostly balanced. Not bad.

12 ounce bottle from Matt. Pours light amber with a little bit of with head. The aroma is very malt forward. Very biscuity. Same for the flavor for that matter. Just enough hop character to keep this from being completely one dimensional. A bit heavier that I’d prefer too. Sweet caramel finish. Low carbonation.
