Draft at the brewpub. Aroma is floral hops and some stone fruit. Bracingly bitter throughout. A bit fruity. Astringent finish. Drinkable, but kind of silly.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape, pine and peach. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long caramel and citrus fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a clear, golden beer with a dense, white head. The aroma is quite piney, with some tropical fruits. Not much malty aromas. Quite bitter on the palate, dry and full bodied, with a pleasant carbonation. Pine cones and some pineapple and peaches in the flavor, some malty sweetness. Long bitter finish. A tasteful and easy drinkable one, I could easily have a few of these. Should definitely be a part of the regular line-up. 130818

Has a pretty solid hop aroma. Light in color, this is good. Hops throughout with a significantly dry fnihs. A good beer, but not great.

On draught at Oak Creek. Pours a clear copper color with a trim eggshell head. Aroma is sweet malts, some diacetal, and some tropical hops. Taste is sweet with some balanced bitterness. Medium bodied and sticky. Decent, but some execution flaws. Surprisingly sticky for 6.5abv; I expect the stickiness in some closer to 9-10%abv.

Draft @ Oak creek. Clear golden amber with an off white head. Aroma is fresh and hoppy with citrus, pine and floral with some caramel and light buttery diacetyl. Flavor is sweet caramel malt, bitter hops and some more buttery character. Medium body with ample carbonation. Pretty good IPA, seemed fresh just had some diacetyl.
