bottle. Pours thick and heavy, with a sweet malty aroma that carries across the table. Heavy, thick and strong, malt that overpowers. Hops that leave an astringent cloying on the tongue. Just too much.

12 oz. bottle from Casanova. Deep red pour with a thick white head. Aroma is malt, hops with a bit of citrus. Hops come through in the flavor as well as does the nice malt balance. Lingering bitter finish, another fine offering from Stone.

Poured from a bottle aged about 8 months after purchased. Earthy, floral hop aroma that leaves a big foamy head. This bastard won’t blow you away like its younger brother. After aging, the malt really breaks through the hops, making for a well balanced beer.

Bottle. Trade with Baggio. Pours hazy amber/orange with a small creamy white head. Oaky, sweet, fruity, vanilla. Smooth and medium palate. Hops in the end. Nice

Pours like a reddish shade of iced tea with quickly fading creamy off-white head. Aroma of raisins, malt, caramel, raspberries, and pine. Flavor is not heavy but intense of pine hops with some caramel in the background. An increasingly bitter finish but still on the smooth side. Some hoppy goodness.
