Bottle, 7.2%. Nice, bonbony sweet hop aroma. Almost clear red/brown colour. Very bitter flavour with good aroma hops. Ends on a weak, but nice, vanilla, cigarbox aftertaste.

(Sample of TChrome’s 3L bottle) Pours a deep amber color with a large biege head. Not nearly as aggressive as the original. Nice mellow hops flavor with some sweetness. Shouldn’t offend those who are not as big of hop lovers.

Bottle at Distortion08 Soupalicious - Shared with Mette - thanks Sune for shipping this to me. Clear brown - offwhite/yellow head. Chokolate, roasted, bisquit, light oak/wood, raisins, resin, citric, caramel, lovely hoppy. Again a unbalanced but fantastic beer from Stone. Smoothness & violent at the same time.

Bottle at HogTownHarry Fest ’08. The second beer from Harry’s box of delights. Lovely hop, some sour oak. That’s not quite right. Doesn’t quite go together. That slight sour/oak thing makes me think that it doesn’t all work out. Bit of vanilla. Decent score cos it is interesting.

Bottle, 12oz. The almost clear, amber body is topped by a beige head of moderate size, and releases aromas of sugars, some vanilla and piney hops. Sweet, full-bodied and slightly warming in the mouth, almost candy sweet. Vanilla, resin and pine-cones also chime in. Malty-sweet and piney in the finish. The beer needs a little time to reveal all of itself, and when it does, it’s a good one. Still, nothing extraordinary, as I maybe expected. (081003)
