Commercial Description:
Golden in color, the King is refreshingly tart and spicy with notes of banana and vanilla. Available Spring and Summer

Small light head that dissipitated quickly & left a nice clean-looking lace. Served with a lemon wedge. Very mild wheat & lemon flavors (duh!) Just the right amount of carbonation for a light wheat. Served draft so no "beer pulp" from the bottle :( Not as good as a German wheat but still a nice beer. Not too sour. A murky uniform appearance that unfortunately didn’t have any yeast foaties (beer pulp.)

Cloudy blonde weissbier served seasonally at the brewpub. Clovey aroma was about right. The head died as I sat watching. Taste is a bit tart for the style.
