Golden body, white head. Malty aroma with fruits and peaches. Crisp flavour, some apple and citrus. Very bitter, nice malty backbone. Warming alcohol, but not in a bad way.

Cask Conditioned at the Bedford Beer Festival 2004 (Wednesday Session). Wow this was great. Somewhere of a cross between an English Strong, a Belgian Strong, and an IIPA. Very Pale Gold, Sweety/syrupy. American hops. Great.

Half pint from the brewpub: poured orange yellow with a fizzy white head. Earthy hop aroma with light candyish notes. Mild earthiness in the flavor with some citrus and a bit of sourness. Doesnít taste like 7.2%. Smooth bitter finish. Okay.

Cask at St Albans Beer Festival 2013. Poured a clear light golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity hop aroma with pears, peach and maple syrup. Malty flavours at the fore with caramel and mango followed grassy hops. Palate is lingering tropical fruit, sponge cake and hop resin.

[cask, Thomsonís Bar, Edinburgh ] Crystal clear golden amber pour, decent white head. Sweet oaked honey aroma. Big sweet sticky taste; honeysuckle, alcohol, creme caramel. This stands up to casking brilliantly [10062013 ]

Cask - Dartford WMC. Pours dark yellow with a small white head. Quite thick and oily in the glass. Orange peel, piney hops and lemon on the nose. Strong grapefruit flavours, backed by resiny, lemon hops a rich caramel note and biscuity malts, also with a hint of its alcohol content. Smooth palate texture, low carbonation gives quite a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel despite the ABV with a final lingering bitterness.

What in the name of high school football is this doing at 7.5%? No fucking way. Pint in The Magnet, Stockport. Aroma of pineapple, grapefruit, yeast, some correction fluid or glue. Flavour is sweet, grapefruit, elderflower, pineapple, hoppy, you do get a little strength but no way that high. Iím genuinely shocked and I donít get shocked that often. WOW a blue car!
